Research organisations involved in designing and reporting interventions that aim to increase children’s vegetable intake are well placed to have a significant influence on children’s eating habits.
Previous initiatives have achieved up to a 30% increase in children’s vegetable intake which, based on current consumption patterns, equates to about half a serve per child per day. This is a substantial increase in intake and would be a great result if we could achieve this for all Australian children.
You will find free resources and information on this website to support the process of designing, developing and reporting on research initiatives and interventions to increase children’s vegetable intake.
